We maintain the various Clan Sites and Recruitment posts and keep the latest information in them. We provide and screen any tool and new staff member that might be needed. Admins work closely with the mods to answer any question and to help provide them with whatever they might need to make their job easier. Admins will help keep all keep documents and spreadsheets updated. Spoiler: Mods Moderators - Mods are the face of the clan. They maintain order within the clan itself and help to carry out the various events, schedules and shenanigans that come up. Mods work closely with the Admins in fielding ideas, offering tips and bringing to them anything they might need to better do their job. Mods will reach out to members within the clan to make sure no one gets ignored or left behind just because they are not in the Discord. They build excitement and inclusion so that people want to be more active and apart of everything we have to offer. Mods will assist in recruitment as needed. Mods will help keep all documents and spreadsheets updated. Spoiler: Recruiter Recruiters - A recruiter's job is simple. Recruit. Use the various forums, LFGs and in-game methods to help bring new members into the clan. That is all they need to worry about! Spoiler: PvE/PvP Vanguard PvP/PvE Vanguards - This is a middle role that is not quite staff but is recognized for the skill and dedication that it takes to reach this position. These are our members are are proven Raid Sherpas and those who are capable of Carrying in Trials. Members who display the skill required for this will be offered this position and those who accept will be tasked to work closely with your Mods to assist in putting together Raid Groups and Trials Groups for the clan.
