Seems they are having a major outage again today nov 18th, if we want to team up in destiny we may need to use blizzard chat to do so. Hopefully they will get this fixed soon, they resolved yesterdays pretty quickly so I am confident they are on top of things. Probably some asshat ddosing them or something retarded but they will figure it out.
